I run a grass based beef finishing farm at Quainton near Aylesbury. 

The farm is mostly permanent pasture.  However, in recent years we have focused on maximizing production from grazed forage and have implemented a rotational grazing system including brassicas, fodder beet and bale grazing.

Prior to taking over the family farm I ran two local retail butchers shops.  I was also a director of a game and red meat processing company suppling national retailers and restaurants.

As a relatively new member to Ouse and Cherwell, I am constantly surprised and impressed by service it offers its members and aim to support this through my involvement.
